Why does my iPhone 6s plus don’t update on ios14

A 6 Plus does not have sufficient RAM to update to iOS 13, or 14.

The iPhone 6s Plus can update to iOS 14

Go to Settings > General > About > Model and tell us what your model number is and go to Settings > General > About > Version and tell us what you are currently running.
