How can I update or make changes to my last name of my apple ID account?
The Related Article Manage and use your Apple ID states:
"Because your Apple ID is used across all your devices and services, it's important to keep your account information up to date. Simply sign in to your Apple ID account page2 at any time to manage your account:..."
Log into your Apple ID using the link below and in the first section select Edit. You should be able to change it there.
