Camera app removed 14.2 (iPhone SE)

So my mom removed the Camera app from their phone inadvertently. Does any one know if it can be restored (other than factory reset and they don’t have a back up yet)

there doesn’t appear to the usual General>>Restrictions option and nothing in the App Store.

One of the easiest things is to just power the iPhone off and back on and see if they can find it. With the new iOS, it is possible the app may just have been hidden. It should also appear in the bottom left corner of the lock screen. But, if it was hidden, have them swipe all the way left until they see the App Library. Then find the Camera app, press and hold and drag it back to the home screen. If that does not seem to work, the last step is to go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. That should return it.
