Whenever i get a notification from ring doorbell, it pops up repeatedly 3 times..

this is the only notification which repeats itself 3 times immediately in a row wnd is really bugging me.

also, my watch keeps tapping my wrist, once, with no notification showing and hourly chime turned off..

Can someone help? These repeating notifications and random vibrations are driving me mental!

As far as Ring is concerned, unless you clear the notifications from your doorbell app on the iPhone, it will give you a notification for each motion detection the next time. So, if you had gotten 3 notifications of motion on the doorbell and had not cleared them on the app on the iPhone, the next motion notification will show 4 notifications. It too me a while to figure that out myself. A poor setup on the part of Ring.

As far as the Watch tapping your wrist, when is this happening? It would seem you must have some type of notification configured for that to happen, something like the Breathe app?
