Would like to my video horizontaly as well as vertical.

If you cannot seem to see your video in landscape mode, go to Control Center and see that the Orientation Lock is turned off. In Control Center, it is a small icon with a picture of a padlock and circular arrow. If it is white with red icon, it is turned on. Turn it off by tapping on it again.
