You have to use a computer and download iTunes and then connect your phone to be able to locate it then follow the prompts to disable. There is no other way to do it if is not allowing to enter anything. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to make an appointment with apple which depending on where you live, might take several days before you can get an appointment. I’m dealing with that situation as we speak.
