My device was stolen I did a Claim but didn't have the deductible three the claim process apple had me remove my device but I'm still covered with apple I want a replacement device

I do know that you would have needed to have purchased Applecare + with theft protection If you have that coverage, then you need to deal with Apple (or the insurance company that is providing the coverage). If you did not have that coverage, then theft is not covered.
