We understand that your Apple Watch display now dims at night, and we'd like to help. If you've set up a sleep schedule on your iPhone, Sleep can automatically dim the display on both your iPhone and Apple Watch to minimizing distractions at night. For more information about this feature, check out Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone
