The only Apple employees who post here are Community Specialists who do so as part of their job. Therefore, this is likely the worst possible place to ask for advice on how to get a job at Apple, because any one who does manage to get a job at Apple isn't going to be posting anymore or answering questions about the process.
But I do see a number of other social media platforms where Apple employees have fewer restrictions. The two most likely places are LinkedIn and Twitter. Apple employees are literally begging for applicants on those platforms. On LinkedIn, just Google "apple is hiring" or something similar. No joke. On Twitter, just find some Apple employees, wait for them to beg, and slide into their DMs.
By all accounts, even when you know people, it will take months just to get a callback. Apple is still Big Corporate. They may beg for applications, but once you have expressed interest, they will play "hard to get" and will want to be pursued for months on end.
