Bluetooth connection reject

Hi.

I have a UHP4 hands-free system in my car Opel Astra H TwinTop 2008 years old. this system worked fine with my old iphone se. But with my new iphone 12 pro, the system does not work correctly. during a call, the Bluetooth-connection is interrupted, which causes the hands-free system in the car to freeze. after that, it is required to stop, turn off the car engine and close the car for 30 seconds so that it forcibly terminates the UHP work. this problem only occurs with my iphone 12 pro. Other phones work fine. This only happens during calls.
