Hi, I need to update my expired credit card to pay my 20GB iCloud storage plan but you do not allow me because the card was already expired, neither I manage to put a new credit card number because you say I must have an open file that should actually be there as you sent me an advise of new payment. Please help , I do not know what to do and how to pay.
