Are you using the Apple provided charger? If yes, do you have another Apple provide charger, e.g. one for an iPad, that you could try?
Is say "may not be supported", not "is not supported". Does it actually charge the phone?
My problem is after is plug in my charger it is saying that this accessory may not supported
