Hey ETP73,


We see you're unable to turn off Find My iPhone due to the iCloud account being locked. In order to turn off Find My iPhone, you will need to be able to access that iCloud account. If you're needing to reset the password, review this article: If you forgot your Apple ID password.


Also, take a look here: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled.
