Mouse Button Sticking

Its been really annoying lately that the mouse button on my mbp is sticking. When I hit the button it does not always release fully. Whats even more annoying is when I type all of a sudden, my mbp will highlight text and then delete it or the cursor will move around and Ill type somewhere else. Anyone have a fix for this?
