iCloud Backup

I removed almost all the data on my iCloud backup(photos, ect.)

The only thing i really want to use my 5GB is Contacts.

So i've changed my settings for this.

However.. It will no longer backup.

Telling me my iCloud Storage is full...

YET.. i have 4.95GB available for backup..

Please Help
