I don’t see the fitness button on my fitness app

Just got an Apple Watch for Christmas. I’m trying to get fitness+ but my fitness app does not have that button🤷‍♂️

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 7

It's automatically installed when you update to ios14.3 and watchOS7.2;
