I am using an iPad Pro connected with a physical keyboard. I am trying to use it with a third party input keyboard but it seems this function is disabled. When will this feature be available?

Unfortunately Apple does not yet provide hardware keyboard support for 3rd party keyboard layouts in iOS, only for those which it provides itself.

In the Settings app under General, Language and Regions, is that Chinese language version listed to be able to use with your iPad?
If not, then that keyboard may not work for you.
