Twice payment in a month

Apple have been taking payment out of my bank, twice a month for the past 3 month with out me knowing for the storage of 50gb, i have only just found out and i saw that not one but two payments are going through, i would like to be refunded please.

Month payment Hi, I bought 200GB of cloud storage and it’s £2.49 a month but apple is taking more than that every month.
