Change of place of utilities folder

My utilities folder has moved to the top left side corner of the App Library page. I don’t know how to move it back. Please help.

You cannot customize the App Library, but you can customize Apps on your Home Screens. Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support provides some tips.
