You will need to connect your iPhone to a computer, and reset it. All instructions needed can be found on this Apple Support article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306. Unfortunately there is no way to recover what was on the phone if it wasn't backed up, but as long as it was connected to wifi recently, it should have backed up important contents including photos, videos, and text messages.
