MAC PRO Dual Core start up button

Having trouble powering up when pushing the power button about 60% of the time. At times I push the button and all is fine and the tower boots up fine. Other times I have to push the button again and again to get the little light to light up and power to engage.

Once it gets power it boots fine and there are no other issues with the computer.

Any ideas, is this something I can fix?
