impossible to create user during a first installation

Good morning to all and happy new year.

I'm installing a new Mac Mini M1 with Big Sur.

I can't complete the first installation because the system can't create the user. I try also to start with a backup of Time Machine, but I have the same problem: impossible to create the user.

I try to create the user with Terminal with dscl but I have the same problem: DS Error: -14009 (eDSUnknownNodeName)

Have you some suggestion for me ?
