Payment issue

Details of your issue: I have purchased two gift card which is Worth 250$ from apple store in 31/12/2020. But i have received only one gift card and i haven't received the second gift card but the money have been deducted from my account and i haven't received any confirmation mail from apple that i have purchased the product. They is no order number.
