I just bought myself an iPhone 11 and I was wondering does anybody know if this phone comes waterproof already somebody told me that it was but I did not read that anywhere when I bought it

No, the iPhone is not Waterproof. It is Water Resistant. It is different. Do not submerge the Phone in water.

While it is rated IP68 for Water Resistance, it is not suggested you swim or bathe with your iPhone. And understand the warranty does not cover any damage caused by water.
