How do I change right click options. Got copy and paste and spell check, etc?

Open System Preferences, you can select Mouse or Trackpad, depending on which you use (or both if you have both). You will see available options for assigning functions to right click and other key combinations.
I’m using a mouse. The track pad has also changed. I used to be able to press with two fingers to make the edits I spoke of. I would like to change both e and track pad back to how they used to be. It was faster and more efficient.
Open Sys Prefs>Mission Control, check what is set in the bottom half as well as uncheck the top 4.
Change what to what?
If I right click, it switches to a multi window view. I would like to change it, so that I can right click on a word or phrase to move it, spell check, etc. like it used to be before the update.
I tried. I see no option for what I’m looking for.
Look at a utility such as BetterTouchTool which will customize the heck out of your mouse, trackpad, keyboard, touchpad
