Hey, i was facing the same issue and i can confirm that it is a bug in a software. Try swiping your hand across keyboard a few times, it might help. I’ve downgraded to 11.0.1 and it’s working perfectly fine. Don’t try the 11.2 beta since it actually breaks it further down.

Btw. idk if you have an m1 mac, however it's nice of Apple to release a newer, better and faster macs and totaly by accident screw "older" ones up. Mine from 2018 works perfectly on any other version of macOs...

Well i put my foot in my mouth, it stopped working again. At least keyboard swipe method works 🤷‍♂️. Ive been an apple user since 2008 and never have i ever had such problems before
