I’ve lost 80% of my hearing. My Hearing Dog alerts me to the sound of the “the phone is ringing “. It’s a silly thing where a funny voice says “the phone is ringing pick up the phone stupid “ I need to find that ringtone (free) for this new phone.

We understand you have a ringtone on your previous iPhone, and you would like to get this same ringtone on your new iPhone. Let’s see if we can help you get this resolved.
If you got this ringtone from the iTunes Store, it’s most likely still there and you can sync it to your new iPhone using Finder or iTunes. See Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, and follow the steps below.
1) Connect your iPhone to the computer.
2) Locate and click on your device. The link will show you how to locate it whether you use Mac or PC.
3) In the left-hand sidebar, under Settings, click Tones.
4) Make sure that the box next to Sync Tones is checked.

You may be able to find it in the iTunes Store on your iPhone or computer. It may save you a trip to the store.

It turns out the ringtone I want is a standard ringtone for Samsung. I'm going to go to a store that can help me with my getting this ringtone on my iPhone. It's the one my Hearing Dogs know to alert me to.
I'm looking forward to being on this Apple Support Community. Hope to learn a lot.

My iPhone is a 8 Plus. So, while it is new to me it is not a new iPhone. I believe I have just downloaded the Samsung A20 ringtones to my computer. I'm not sure loading it to my iPhone will let me use it as a ringtone on my iPhone. I'm waiting fo my "Computer Guy" to call me back.
