In my bill I've received a charge of $58.75 but when I check my purchases history from apple there's nothing. I've checked mine and my family history there's no such charges. So why am I charged for this?

Hello Harleen,

Welcome, and thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We are happy to help out today because we know you don’t want to see unrecognized charges on your account.

Where did you see this charge? Was it already applied to your bank card, or subtracted from your Apple Cash balance? If so, you will want to reach out to iTunes Support since you are not seeing this charge in your purchase history. They can be reached here at Get Support.

If you received an email notification of the charge, it may be a phishing attempt. See Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams to learn more about phishing attempts.

What you want to do first is verify whether or not this is an actual email from Apple. The article Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store will help you know where to look and what to look for to verify the email.

After reading over the article above if you think the email you received was a phishing attempt, and you clicked on any of the links, you will want to look over and follow any of the appropriate suggestions in this link If you think your Apple ID has been compromised.

If you entered your Apple ID and password, see Change your Apple ID password. You will want to change your password as soon as possible.

We know that’s a lot of information, but we want to make sure your account is safe. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Take care!
