People can't hear me on iPhone

people on the other end of the phone say that can’t make out what I am saying on my iPhone 11. I’ve gotten it replaced a few months ago and this phone is the same way. I thought it was my service with Verizon and switched carriers and I’m still having problems with phone. Help!
