Can't fix my apple watch...now what

I bought my watch at Best Buy. I dropped it and it now won't power up. The Best Buy support had me uncouple the watch from my account. When they tried to uncouple it from my phone they could not because they cannot power the watch up. He said I'd have to go to an apple store to get it figured out. The site said apple stores do not work on apple watches. Now what?

Apple Watch keeps unpairing during initial set up I just purchased a new Apple watch series 8 and began to pair it with my iPhone 12. I got past where it is paired and I tell it which wrist I wear the watch on, and it began doing something else that would take a few minutes and then it starts to unpair. Apple Watch resetting to New York and Cupertino All I just got a new iPhone 14 pro and synced it to my Apple Watch 6. Most apps work fine but the weather keeps resetting to New York and Cupertino instead of about 20 other cities on my iPhone. Both devices are on their latest os versions and I restarted both number of times. I also unpaired and paired it. I tried Apple support but they were clueless. I also deleted NY and Cupertino from my watch but they keep reappearing The weather app worked fine on my old iPhone 8. The cities show fine in my Apple Watch app on iPhone, just not on my Apple Watch. Anybody knows the fix? Thanks

my apple watch SE keeps unpairing during the setup process. i have gone through the setup process and read about restarting both the phone and the watch and making sure my phone is up to date, but the phone keeps unpairing from the watch during the setup process

To remove Activation lock and erase watch;

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
