Can’t pair watch to phone
Need some help with my watch pairing. I purchased a new iPhone and since that purchase and switch, my watch won’t pair. I have tried to unpair it from the old phone, but it’s not connected. It doesn’t show in a list as described by the support.
I even deleted the watch app but that didn’t initiate a pairing. I really don’t want to erase my watch if I can avoid it as all of my fitness data and awards will be lost as it hasn’t been backing up for 3 weeks now.
i just noticed it wasn’t paired today when I went into the fitness app.
