do I need to pay for the UPS return service?

I just bought a new iPad and I am returning the old one (5th gen) to get some money back.

I received the kit from apple, which includes a box and a UPS label.

I can call them to do the pickup, or drop it at one of their offices.

I would like to know if it will cost me anything if I call them tho collect the package.
