I have never been able to get transparency mode to work on my AirPod Pros, have had them for about a year. Whenever I click on transparency mode, it stays on the icon (never works) for about 5-10 seconds and clicks back to 'Off'. Drives me nuts. How do I fix this to get transparency mode to work?
Note: sometimes transparency mode goes on during a conversations and without me doing anything, don't know why.
Anyways, please help!

It appears that Transparency Mode isn't working properly for your AirPods Pro. You can see if resetting your AirPods Pro helps with this issue you've been encountering: Reset your AirPods

I am trying to get amplification working for transparency mode but it just stays at one volume it doesn’t enhance or degrade the hearing it stays at default and doesn’t change can u plz help me?
