imessage disabled

I received a message that messages in iClound not available as iCloud and iMessage accounts don't match. how do i reconcile and fix this? Thanks for the help!

You need to sign into iCloud and Messages/FaceTime using the same Apple ID. If necessary, sign out, restart, and sign back in.
