Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My credit card for icloud storage was full. It took a while buy I replaced it tonight. The cloud was full.

Why did the icloud message come to me and say "your account has been disabled in Apple Store and itunes?


My credit card is in perfect orders. icloud storage was not updated. The last icloud payment on the expired card was the end of December. Please help me.

Sounds like you'll have to get in touch with Apple Support per - If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
