Hi, merel256.
We appreciate you taking the time to post in the Apple Support Communities. We want to be up front in informing you that we provide support in English in this section of the forums. We’ll help to the best of our ability! If you’re able to translate screenshots for us in the future, it would be greatly appreciated.
From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you’re trying to use the Wear OS by Google app on your iPhone to pair your Lexington 2 watch, but you get an error message saying it cannot connect.
Have you had a chance to try the steps outlined in the screenshot? If you have, and you’ve recently restored this iPhone from a backup of your old iPhone, try these steps, testing the connection after each:
- Rename your iPhone at Settings > General > About > Name.
- Check for a software update for your smartwatch, if possible.
Swipe down from the top of your watch screen.
Tap Settings, then tap System at the bottom of the menu.
Tap About, then tap System updates. If your system is not up-to-date, it will prompt you to download the latest software build at this time.
(from the Lexington Support page)
- Reset your watch to factory default settings to clear any previous pairing records that may have been part of the old backup. See the "How do I reset my smartwatch to factory settings?" section of the Lexington Support page we have linked below.
If you’re still not able to get the two to pair, make sure your new iPhone is updated and that you’re able to connect other devices via Bluetooth. After that, it may be time to reach out to Lexington Support directly:

Warmest Regards.
