What’s the usual trust certificate for iPhone 11

Hi...I have an iPhone 11 that I purchased this past May, and I’ve been noticing that when I go into settings and tap on the Certificate of trust info selection at the bottom of the General Section, the two sets of code are different than before, and have changed several times since purchasing this phone. So I was hoping someone may be able to take the time to explain to me what trust certificate is usually used with the iPhone 11 and is it normal for these trust certificates to just up and change without any assistance from me? I’m not a pro when it comes to certain aspects of technology and sometimes I make it so painfully obvious, so I’m hoping this is not an unmerited question. I’ve had a lot of problems with others accessing my phone and any accounts associated with me and my devices regardless how many precautions I try to take. I’m attempting to educate myself further in any way possible because I’m tired of this cruel violation into my private life.
