Wrong size loop

After printing out the size guide and measuring my wrist size the watch arrived today and the braided loop is too big. There’s no information anywhere about what I can do and the invoice has an address in another country! The phone number given isn’t even open today. When I asked on the chat the team referred me to link with no customer service as it’s closed ?
