Problem with touching the screen.

Hello, there was such a problem, when playing pubg mobile I use 5 fingers when I press 5 fingers the sensitivity all stops and the game buttons do not work until I remove my fingers from the screen and put it on a new one. Help me fix this gap, not because of the game, because I have not seen this on another device.
