ik wil men iphone 11 terugzetten naar fabrieksinstellingen, maar men scherm loopt vast op apple logo en de balk eronder. Wat kan ik doen? Volume knop, omhoog - omlaag en dan rechterknop ingedrukt houden, lukt niet.
