Disconnection between iPhone and Apple Watch after a few minutes

After connecting my Apple Watch series 3 with iPhone X after a few minutes they disconnect, after disconnecting I notice that if I go into the Apple Watch bluetooth settings it remains blocked settings application, the only solution is to force restart Apple Watch, this happens every day. I have already attempted to reset both devices and configured as new but the problem did not resolve

If so, let's first ensure that your Apple Watch and iPhone are updated to the latest software versions, and test the issue again. If you need help with updating, check out these links below:

If the issue persists after updating, have you noticed if the issue occurs in multiple locations? If only occurring in a single location, it's possible that the issue may be due to some wireless interference. Thanks for providing those additional details. Going forward, have you noticed if this issue occurs in multiple locations, or have you taken a look at the previous resource that can help with troubleshooting possible issues caused by wireless interference?


If you have, we'd also like to confirm if you are using an VPN or security software on your iPhone, or even the Wi-Fi network you use with your iPhone? If so, what happens when you disable these, restart your iPhone and Apple Watch, and then test the issue again?

Hi, thank you for answering me, I already have the latest software version on both devices. As for the symbols you told me above on Apple Watch stay with the green phone symbol while on iPhone it says that the watch is not connected

I tried everything you sent me as a link but it didn't work. I don't have any VPN or security settings. My brother has the same iPhone is same as Apple Watch and has no problems like I have them
