Xfinity HBO Max on TV
Yesterday, Jan 1st, I cancelled the suBscription HBO Max immediately as it was an error in setting it up on my phone. The Xfinity rep was assisting me to install the app on TV but I missed the step. So I unsubscribed and I checked my media purchase it’s $0 or it is a wash. Per Xfinity rep I should not be charged! Please review and adjust my bill accordingly.
