I have a friend that has a I- phone 11 se and I have an I- phone 7. When she sends me a text on Messenger she adds at the end of her text ( sent with Gift wrap effect ) or ( sent with celebration effect ) and I can’t open it or SEE anything !!!!!! Do I NEED to do something in my Settings or am I ABLE on my I- phone to receive this ?

You can also try to send an effect to them or have someone else with an iPhone send one to you as a test. When you send an effect, you can see the effect you sent as well.
