What are the steps to authorize my computer to play content saved offline to my computer?

Here is the message I am receiving from the Itunes music library? The colored music note. "Your computer is not authorized. You must authorize this computer before you can play content saved offline on this computer. To authorize this computer, go to the Account menu and select authorizations". I am not sure how to do this.
