How can I get my passwords changed over to my new phone?

If you have 2 factor authentication on your Apple ID then just turn on iCloud Keychain on both the old and the new phones.
Otherwise, back up the old phone to iCloud, or make an Encrypted backup to your computer, then restore whichever backup to the new phone.
