You can trade multiple devices for credit at an Apple Store or you can trade multiple devices for multiple gift cards as described in https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in and then use multiple gift cards (as many as 8) for an online purchase. However, I don't know of a way to trade more that one device as part of an online purchase (i.e., arrange the trade as part of the purchase). You may want to ask Apple sales support to see if there is a way. Call 1-800-MY-APPLE.
