Yurdışına çıkacağım ve macbook pro alıcam ama Türkçe Q klavye yok özel istek üzerine yurt dışından Türkçe Q klavyeli macbook pro satın alabilir miyim?

Go yourself to Apple's online store for Canada and pretend you are buying one. It will give you a choice of keyboards, but I doubt Turkish is among them.
Apple stores do not ship outside their own country in any case. To get a Turkish keyboard you have to travel to a country which does have them or get a friend in such a country to get one for you,.
