Not getting emails on my iMac and iPhone

On my iMac and iPhone I can receive only emails from the Postmaster@******.org saying I have exceeded my quota. No other emails are coming in. This has been going on for about 36 hours.

When this happens it normally means that your email provider's web site folders for your account are full and must be cleared. Use your browser to go on line and empty them
