Unavailability of App Store in SUDAN

I just want to know why App Store is still not available in my country “Sudan”?

I don’t think it’s because of democratic status coz most of Middle East countries are not democratic.

If it’s because of SSOT LIST, Sudan has been delisted from it.

so I need a frank and straight answer, why my country is being under such technical blockade despite the huge steps that we have -alone- taken so far to free ourselves and advance our country?

will apple open the App Store and reconsider giving us at least one thing to help us feel a little quality of life?
