I can’t connect my i watch with this id why is this happening i have i waych series 3 , what to do in that case ?

Contact the person that you bought the watch off and ask them to follow all these steps;

If they can't or won't then get your money back as the watch will be of no use to you.

But my apple id is not supporting the watch what to do in that case ? My apple id is supporting all other functions but just not watch whyy ?
